Employing Broker
I am a Denver native with 20+ years in the real estate industry - prior to getting into real estate I owned a sporting goods store and was a golf sales rep. I made the move to real estate to be more available to my boys as they were growing up. I personally specialize in Golf Course communities, but always enjoy helping friends, family and past clients.
As my personal business has increased I am adding two agents to assist me, my son Jacob Marshall and Amy van Raalte will be helping with buyers as well as assisting with sellers.
I am also very excited to announce that my youngest son Luke is also now in the mortgage industry, he absolutely loves what he does and I love that I get to work with two of my sons on a regular basis.
South Suburban Golf Course is one of the most played courses in metro Denver. It features an 18 hole champinonship course and a challenging 9 hole par three. The course itself is just off Colorado
